Viewer Hearing No Audio on KATU (Usually Translator Viewers or Cable Viewers)

Solution On your TV remote control, look for a button labeled "SAP" or "MTS" or "Audio" or “LANG”, or go into the audio set-up menu and look for the SAP / Stereo options. You are listening to the stations Secondary Audio Program channel (SAP). Once the proper menu comes up on the screen, select 'main' or 'stereo'. Look also for "English 1" vs. "English 2".
