Ask a question:

How do I watch the Rip City TV Network on KATU and KUNP?

Solution Updated on 11/07/24: *Added Directv*

Games are broadcast on KATU 2.2 (Charge!) as of October 18, 2024. All regular season games will be broadcast on KATU 2.2 (Charge!) with the exception of the 1/28 game (nationally broadcast on TNT).

On 1/1, KUNP 16.1 / KUNP-LD 47.1 will also broadcast all games with the exception of the 1/28 game (nationally broadcast on TNT). KUNP is available on streaming services like YouTube TV, Hulu, Sling, etc.

Select games will also be broadcast on KATU 2.1 subject to scheduling availability. Earlier east-coast games will be more likely due to ABC network preemption requirements.

The following games are listed on NBA.com as being broadcast on KATU 2.1 as well as KATU 2.2 (as of 10/14):

* Oct. 27 at 3 PM vs Pelicans
* Nov. 7 at 5 PM at Spurs
* Nov. 17 at 3 PM vs Hawks
* Nov. 20 at 5 PM at Thunder
* Nov. 22 at 5 PM at Rockets
* Nov. 25 at 5 PM at Grizzlies
* Nov. 27 at 4 PM at Pacers
* Dec. 23 at 5:30 PM at Mavericks

If you live in our broadcast area, you may be able to receive KATU via free over-the-air by using a television antenna. We suggest utilizing the RabbitEars.Info Signal Search Map ( https://rabbitears.info/searchmap.php ), searching for your address, then selecting "Move Pushpin to Center of Map View", and then selecting "Go" to receive a list of available stations in your area. From there, you can look for KATU/ABC to find the strongest signal available and the direction to aim/mount your antenna.

Local retailers like Fred Meyer, Best Buy, and Walmart typically stock small indoor television antennas. If you are more remote and require a larger antenna, we suggest looking at the selections from Channel Master ( https://www.channelmaster.com/collections/outdoor-tv-antennas ) and Televes ( https://www.televes.com/us/tv-distribution/terrestrial-antennas/intelligent-with-bosstech.html ).

While our main transmitter is located in the West Hills of Portland, we also operate and maintain a number of low power translator stations throughout northern Oregon and southwest Washington: https://www.katuengineering.com/hesk/knowledgebase.php?article=96

Contact your local cable or satellite provider to find out if they carry KATU 2.2 (Charge!). Some cable and satellite providers only carry the national broadcast feed for Charge! and will not have the Rip City TV Network.

* Directv Channel 688
* Fubo "Rip City TV Network"
* Xfinity Channel 302/1170
* Astound (Marion Co.) Channel 90

If you live outside of the KATU broadcast area, please visit the Rip City TV Network website for additional broadcast stations: https://www.nba.com/blazers/watch?utm_source=web&utm_medium=ad&utm_campaign=ota_dtc&utm_content=home_veneer_cta

Additional technical information:

KATU 2.2 (Charge!) has switched to HD (1080i) on over-the-air television. If you receive a black picture, you will need to perform a channel rescan from the menu on your television.

KATU 2.4 (TBD) has moved to KUNP 16.4 / KUNP-LD 47.4.
