Database Errors

Errors: If you see error messages similar to the following:
  • "An error occurred reading the Database file for the director 'F:\Avid MediaFiles\MXF\1\'. Exception: 'omfiHPDomain_INIT_FAILED' The database file 'msmMMOB.mdb' may be corrupted."
  • "Media will be unavailable in the media direcotry: F:\Avid MediaFiles\MXF\1\"
Possible Solution: Try deleting the database files msmMMOB.mdb and msmFMID.pmr files in the Avid MediaFiles folder.
