Sinclair Private Access

Sinclair Private Access (SPA) is the service that is used to access the company network remotely. The service is already installed on company devices, but it needs a first-time authentication to work:

1. Connect to a non-corporate wi-fi network, such as your home wi-fi.
2. Search for "Zscaler" in the Windows search bar and open it.
3. If it says "Authentication required" in the Private Access tab, click "Authenticate"
4. Put in your credentials and you're good to go.

SPA will automatically activate in the background while connected to a non-corporate network, but may need reauthentication if your password changes.
