MediaCentral Error: Clip Load Failed: 1102 Unknown Error

Solution This error message pops up instead of a clip in either MediaCentral | UX Desktop or the Chrome browser.

Resolution: Try the following:

Clear the cache of the Chrome browser. This resolves the issue with both the browser and the MediaCentral | UX Desktop application in many cases. Here are the steps, as of Chrome version 65:

1. Click on the "triple-dot" menu in the top-right of your Chrome browser.
2. Click on "Settings".
3. Scroll down and click on "Advanced".
4. Click on "Clear browsing data".
5. Make sure the "Cached images and files" is checked and then click on the "CLEAR DATA" button.
6. Close Chrome and MediaCentral | UX Desktop, then try again.

We have found with Mac users, that these fixes don't always work. In these cases, try selecting Reset All Layouts from the Layout Selector.

If none of these steps works, open a ticket and let us know that you have already tried these steps.
