How to add an email address to your safe senders list
- Go to https://quarantine.sbgtv.com.
- Log in using your SBG credentials.
- Open the dropdown menu in the upper right corner, and click "Preferences."
- Under "Antispam Management," click "[Safe...]."
- Type in the address, and click the "Add" button.
These same directions may be used to block email addresses as well, by clicking the "[Block...]" link in "Antispam Management."
