Adding/Changing Global Address List (GAL) Phone Numbers

Phone numbers in the Global Address List (GAL) are updated via The Bridge. You must do this yourself.

- On The Bridge homepage, open the Navigator menu in the upper left corner.
- Click "Personal Information," in the "About Me" section.
- Click the "Edit" button in the upper right corner.
- On this page, you can add and edit phone numbers.
- When finished, click "Save and Close" in the upper-right corner.

It may take up to a few days for the changes to take effect on the GAL and be visible in Outlook.
