Sony Ci Access Requests
If a user cannot see any workspaces, they can request any user of any workspace to add them to that workspace.
If anyone needs access to Sony Ci, they only need to submit a Service Now Incident with a request for a specific workspace - ie "Ingest & Prep" or "Recover News" No formal Application Request is needed, nor are Manager approvals.
* In Issue Category, choose "My Applications".
* In Business unit, choose, "Corporate IT".
* In Subcategory, choose, "Sony Ci/Media Pipeline".
* In Category, choose "Applications".
